Uploaded photos are deleted automatically after a book production order is placed with our fulfillment partner, or within 3 days if an order is not completed. Non-photo inputs may be retained for customer support and service improvement, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Stories, characters, and illustrations generated through the Services (“Generated Content”) are owned by Your Tiny Tale.
You are granted a personal, non-commercial, non-exclusive license to use, print, gift, and share the Generated Content for personal purposes. You may not sell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Generated Content without our prior written consent.
Our Services use artificial intelligence to generate stories and illustrations. You acknowledge that:
If there is a significant issue (e.g., incorrect name, unintended character changes), we will make reasonable efforts to correct and regenerate the content upon request.
Physical books are printed and shipped through third-party fulfillment partners. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events outside our control.
If a printed book arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
By providing your email address, you agree to receive service-related communications such as order confirmations, story delivery, and support messages. You may also receive occasional marketing emails. You can unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.
